At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses., Canada and most US territories.  Many of our products may require a doctors prescription in countries outside of the United States.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Orders placed by 3 PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends or Holidays will ship the next business day.

Keep in mind Rush and Overnight shipping options can only be shipped to the billing address of the purchaser. This helps prevent fraud to protect both Vitamart Shop and the customer.

All products come with a version of a safety seal. Some may have shrink wrap, while others have tamper free foil safety seals.  If you feel like the product has been tampered with please do not use the item and contact us right away.

If your order is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to track the package and resolve the issue. If necessary, we can send a replacement or issue a refund.  The US Post Office sometimes has a delay on updating tracking details.  If your tracking details are still showing changes, then the item is most likely still going to arrive.
