    At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses., Canada and most US territories. Many of our products may require a doctors prescription in countries outside of the United States.
  • Do you offer Rush and Overnight shipping?
    We offer various shipping methods, including: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) Orders placed by 3 PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends or Holidays will ship the next business day. Keep in mind Rush and Overnight shipping options can only be shipped to the billing address of the purchaser. This helps prevent fraud to protect both Vitamart Shop and the customer.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

If necessary, we can send a replacement or issue a refund. The US Post Office sometimes has a delay on updating tracking details. If your tracking details are still showing changes, then the item is most likely still going to arrive.
